Windows 10 defaults problem

When I check the properties of a video file, there's no 'opens with' 'Change' options. It opens with Windows built in video player but I want to change that but can't I want Splash Pro associated with video but it won't give me that option either in 'choose default program' or with properties, what's going on here?

So splash pro isn't listed in this box here?




If not, then try opening splash pro and go into its options and see if you can make it default for video files or specifically mp4's

If you press "Windows Key" + I, it will bring up the settings window. Root through those options to find the default applications settings.

I did that, there was no options, but I fixed it by re-installing Splash pro as administrator. thanks
