windows 10 download problems please help me do a clean install!

so i need to know how to do a full clean install of windows 10 i have downloaded windows 10 onto a usb drive but i dont know what to do after that when i just upgraded my pc no clean install i would get an error message that looked like this 0xc1900101 - 0x20017 so know i need help with a clean install.

Reboot your computer and boot to the flashdrive. Then install like you normally would (formatting the disk of course).
