Windows 10 Often Running at 100% Disk Usage

I have a Windows 10 Asus and I am currently befuddled with my disk usage, which is often near 100% even when my computer is idle. Any ideas on how to fix this issue? Disabling windows search and superfetch provided no solutions. I can say, however, it only occurs in intervals a few minutes on and then off, on and off... etc. Screenshot below. The top three on that list alternate in mb/s some going up to 20 mb/s.


(If you're wondering about the Communist background, the flag has Hank Hill's face on it... with propane across the top, I'm not some crazy anarchist)

Apparently the Windows Store Service is the one using your Disk.

Windows 10 uses idle time to "fix" issues, work on your system. It stops after you start using again?

PS: Communism and Anarchy are two different thing, but that's not the point here
