Windows 10 Power Off

I have just updated my Desktop to Windows 10.
One problem though… selecting Shutdown from Power Menu/ or using the
Power Off Button the machine goes into Hibernation!
Power Off Button is set to ShutDown
Hibernation is not enabled!
Using the command prompt “ Shutdown /s /t 0 ” works correctly!

Has anybody any advise

What system do you have? Are you sure the machine supports windows 10? What OS did you have before?

System is based on an ASRock AliveXFire-eSata2 R3.0 Motherboard
Updated from Windows 8.1 Pro
Yes the machine supports Windows 10

Last bios update was 2011 so its an older board. Either its a corrupt windows install or power settings just aren't set correctly. Actually now that you have upgraded and activated, you can download the media creation tool to create a bootable install dvd and reinstall windows 10 fresh. Back up your data first though.
