Windows 10 Sound Card

Hi I have H.P.Pavilion g series and have loaded windows 10 and have found the sound breaks up on YouTube but works on other sites please could you help Cherrs Sio

Have you installed the actual driver for the sound or does it just say high definition audio in device manager under sound?

Hi Sio,

I would hold the microsoft button and press pause . This will bring up the system information page. Confirm you dont have any drivers with a yellow exclamation mark. If its not it could be a flash issue. Try using the html5 browser (and not flash, this should be default)
