Windows 10 System Using 100% Disk

I've searched and searched but nothing works at all. I've disabled super fetch and search, disabled windows defender, scan for and remove viruses, and defragment my drive and I still wind up with the task called System using as much disk space as it can. Can anyone help?

Is this right after a restart/system bootup? If so, thats normal. Give it a few minutes and it should go down to normal.

Yes, but it doesn't go down after a few minutes. Or sometimes at all. But it fluctuates a lot for some odd reason. I'll check it it's normal and then that lasts for about 5 minutes and then will go back up and stay at 90-100% for another 5-10 minutes.

Sorry for responding late but it seems to have fixed itself somehow. I guess you were right in your original post. But just in case I have 8gb of RAM and an AMD FX-8370

It usually does fix itself after so long. It's just windows doing background things.
