Windows 11 upgrade.

I have a computer I got just 5 years ago. It looks like its TPM isn't up-to-date enough to even upgrade to Windows 11 if I wanted to. Why so many requirements? Also I have seen nothing but videos of why the upgrade isn't even worth it. Just why? I would of hoped Windows 12 would be out for a couple years before they require everyone to at least be on Win11. My gaming computer has Windows 11 which honestly has shown no added benefit.

What mobo and CPU combo do you have that isn't TPM 2.0 ready?

There are a few things that Win 11 do better than 10 besides the obvious of security updates. AutoHDR support is way more flushed out on 11, and Wifi 7 support is available from 24H2 onwards. File Explorer update is nice with the tabs, but has other buggy issues that come with it. Multi-monitor I would say is done better in 11 as well. It remembers monitor positions much better than 10 ever did.

Technically, direct storage is a new feature with 11 but I've yet to really play a game that is designed around that. Maybe some of the newer AAA titles do.
