windows 2000 file permission

This is what I need to do..I need to set up a directory so that it can be only modified if you login as an Admin. For regular user, I don't mind if they have permission to see the contents of the folder but I don't want them to have a permission to delete the contents.

How do I set that up? Please reply soon.

Right-Click on the folder >> Properties >> Sharing (Tab) >> Select "Share this folder" >> Permissions

Then change the settings to how you want it to work.
