Windows 2003 Can't Accses Administrative Tools

Hello, I am the administrator of a domain and it seems that I cannot accses Administrative Tools becuase I do not have the permissions. I am set to Administrator for my account and I am trying to accses this logged into my name on the domain but obviously not on the server just another pc thats on the domain. I am using Windows 2003 Server.

Sounds like a group policy thing. Make sure you have AD rights in your AD account if you are logging into a domain. Group policy can override local policy.
