Windows 2003 Server Problems

I have a few questions.
1. Novell net login, How can i set that up to log in to a domain?

2. I want to create a personal drive for my users. How can this be done?

for number two you need file shareing on the server. its really a pain to setup tho if you want to grand indevedual rights to each one
