Windows 64bit probs

Just so all of you know post here if you encounter any windows 64 bit problems.

Cant somebody find me a link to a windows installer for windpws xp 64bit as every one ive tried doesnt work,

The same for Net Framework, apparently i need thesse but what ever version i download is the worng one plz help as these are needed for microsfot office
 
no when i try and install windows installer it doesnt work because it askes for Net Framework, and when i download net framework it says its the wrong version
