Windows 7 aND DISK SPACE

hayy guys havnt posted in a while i have been really busy, but for some stupid reason i re-partitioned my c drive and now it is too small... it has 70kb of free space!
i cannot figure how make it bigger again, i have tried everything

What other partitions are on this drive? You will have to shrink the other partition down to merge the free space back with C drive. Do this in disk management.
