Windows 7 can't boot Autochk Error and BSOD

Hi, whenever I boot my computer (windows safe mode and last known good configuration included) my computer stops right after the Windows boot logo and gives me this:

autochk program not found - skipping AUTOCHECK.

This is followed by a BSOD. Everything said on that screen is right here:

STOP: c000021 {Fatal System Error}
The Session Manager intialization system process terminated unexpectedly with a status of 0xc000003a (0x00000000 0x00000000).
The system has been shut down.

I've run PTEdit and I've found nothing wrong with what I'm seeing. The partition is listed as 07 and is not hidden. The additional information at the bottom says this:

Installable File System (NTFS, HPFS), Bootable, 476838 MB

I've never even used any Norton products in my life.
There is some more additional information here:

If anyone could figure out what's going wrong any help would be appreciated.

Sorry to hear about your problem Albino, my recommendations would be to take it to the place you brought it from and ask them to have a look, although if the Windows 7 is a pirated OS then that could be your problem.
