Windows 7 isn't starting after the install

Hey guys. I have a situation here checked a lot of forums for a solution and didn't get the answer anywhere. The problem is that I've been trying to install Windows 7 for several months now and every single time with every single version of the OS after the installation is complete and the final reboot is proceeding everything stops. There's a Windows logo on the black screen and text ' Windows is starting ' and it stays that way until I turn off the computer. I had a Windows 7 on this computer previously, but I formatted my HDD for some reason and later it wouldn't install again so I keep on using crappy Vista which I'm already really sick of. Last time I tried to install 7, I installed Vista first on other partition. Vista worked just fine and when I installed 7, Vista started to hang at the exactly same moment. Here is also some hardware info:
MSI EX625 Notebook
C2D @2,4GHz
4GB RAM
ATI HD4670
320GB 5400rpm probably WD HDD
Is there any solution to get my hands on 7 again?

guessing you need a bunch of drivers for for your notebook. im not having any luck at google. any more information or links on this product.

But when I installed 7 earlier (when it was working properly) I didn't install any extra drivers at all and it was working just fine, if u need any extra information just tell what u need and I'll paste it, write or something.
