Windows 7: Large amounts of "Unmovable" data

Whilst defraging i see this! Black color = unmovable data, its taking up like 10 gigs

Could be any arbitrary number of system files/files in use. I would wager a guess that a large portion of that 10GB belongs to the page file. There's nothing really you can do about that, except defrag at boot before Windows has loaded if you happen to be using a piece of software that allows it or, if you have enough RAM, temporarily disable your page file.
 
Have seen that on XP. Probably same thing on 7.

It was Usually related to system files, things like Page File, Hibernation file, maybe System restore Data.

I wouldn't worry about it.
