Windows 7 makes my system slow

Hi, does every one knows why my system is slow after switching on the computer? Mozila Firefox runs extremely slow while loading, PowerDVD movie is lag after a while. Any idea? System runs normal after a while ( 10 mins at least) I suspect my Kaspersky Anti Virus makes my system slow.

I have also same opinion,
Uninstall mozilla firefox and then reinstall on your machine.

Is your computer working fine with other Windows operating systems (XP, Vista, etc.)?

Check out the cpu usage rate in task manager, if you see a process taking up all your usage just kill the process.

Did you install all the necessary drivers after installing windows 7?
