Windows 7 Mobile Device Center

So Mobile Device Center/Activesync usually fails to sync with a Windows Mobile phone once in a while, but this is a new one on me.

System:
C2D/4GB/2TB/etc.
Windows 7 x64
Outlook 2007
Sprint HTC Touch Pro 2 running WM 6.5

It was syncing fine like it usually does, then it came up with the error 'a change has been made that requires resynchronization' or whatever. This is normal, it comes up every now and then, I click OK and let it do its thing. However, it doesn't finish its thing, and it continues to fail to sync. I restart the phone and the computer, same thing. Remove the partnership in Mobile Device Center and try to add it again, but every time I plug my phone in, i get an error saying: 'Changes to synchronization settings with Server ActiveSync could not be made at this time.' I'm not using an Exchange server or anything of the sort. I've been googling for a while, but I cannot find anything related to this. any help?

Well not that anybody cares, but I reinstalled Mobile Device Center, uninstalled Jeyo Mobile Extender, and reinstalled my phone ROM. One of these fixed the problem.
