Windows 7 multiple drive failures

Hello everyone.
I have an ASUS S46CM laptop with Windows 8 preinstalled. [fml]
I did a clean install of Windows 7 Ultimate on a separate hard disk. Immediately, I noticed that I could not connect to the Internet and the troubleshooter didn't help. My Windows Experience Index was at 1.0 because of my graphics and gaming graphics despite having an NVIDIA GeForce with 2GB graphics memory.
I went to Device Manager and saw that many of my drives had errors.
How do I update these drivers without an Internet connection?
Many thanks in advance. :)

What do you mean your drives had errors?

Can you post a screen shot of the device manager with the error showing?

You need to go to the ASUS website on another computer and download all the drivers for your system.
