Windows 7 Problem, Fresh Install

Okay, so I have got another problem here. I've installed (or tried to) Windows 7 on my machine. Every time it gets to the "Starting Services", the setup stops and I get the following error message:

"Starting services Windows 7 the computer restarted unexpectedly or encountered an unexpected error. Windows installation cannot proceed."

It then tells me to restart my computer and I'm stuck in a continuous cycle. Anyone experienced this or know how to fix it? I've tried Google, but I can't find a solid method that works.

try pulling out one of the sticks of ram, and install it with only a single two gig stick. if that works, after reboot, put the second back in. had a 7 issue similar but not the same. this fixed my problem.
Cheers.
