Windows 7 Problem

Randomly my computer will bluescreen now, and I have no idea what the problem is. I really think it's my motherboard, I can't find any bios updates for it anywhere, and the last operating system on it was 32 bit.

However, my computer has the capabilities to run 64 bit, I'm sure of this.

How can I figure out how to start solving this random bluescreen mystery?

I get error 1033, I don't remember what it is now.

It happened last night while loading crysis, it got to the end of the loadscreen and asked me to press any button and then bam, I have a few theories:

it does it because it has too much stress on it (too many processes going, like transfering files, too many windows opened, etc.)
it does it randomly.

i updated everything else, I'm sure. video drivers, etc.

This happened to me once and all it was was that my fan wasn't working.. something similar because my heatsink wasn't attached properly...

It's been operating for a long time, it's a pretty good system, mostly new. I doubt it was a problem with it's build.
