Windows 7 RC BOOT problem

hmmm. Sometimes there's files missing or something got corrupt in the process. It happened to me before. Make sure you have the system bit rate correct, X86 or X64.
You're gona have to reinstall. If it still turns out bad I would suggest on downloading W7RC again.

Ok.. Im not sure how to do that...

How do I reinstall? I put the disc in ut it wont bring me to the installation screen..

Just do the same thing you did to install it in the first place; stick the disk in, wait for your computer to ask you "do you want to boot from the DVD/CD"? and press yes. It will lead you on from there. Make sense?

I put the disc in and it says

0. NO Emulation system type: 00
1. NO emulation system type: 00

Either one I enter, it wont bring me to the boot from cd screen...

Assuming you already have access to computer that you have access to a burner.
Download seatools and use it. It's a diagnostics tool for you drive

I turn my computer on, windows loading screen appears, blue screen pops up saying bad_system_config_info. It then goes to this screen

None of the options work. I have tried reinstalling win7 and what I said above happens.

What should I do next? I am currently burning a new disc of win7...

Edit: so put that on a disc and run it?

How much RAM do you have?

If you have more than one stick, try removing all but one stick
in the first slot.

No. Once you remove a stick of RAM, it can never be put back in...

Yes you can boot with only one stick and yes you can put a stick back in if you take it out and putting OSx on a windows machine is illegal (I think).
