Just got an email from Buy.com for pre-sales of the retail version of Windows 7.

Windows 7 Home Premium - 199
Windows 7 Professional - 299
Windows 7 Ultimate - 318


Haven't seen OEM prices yet.

yeah im upgrading to the home premium from vista, i gotta have it its mandatory. not because vista's bad actually its better than xp to me. but just because windows 7 is so freakin cool

If you're going to buy it, you might as well buy as soon as possible. Then you will get the most usage out of it.

IMHO - Most people won't need need anything more than the Home Premium Version.
