Windows 7 security

My roommate keeps getting on my computer when I leave the room and getting on porn websites. I know he's going to end up getting a virus on my computer somehow.

I set up Firefox so that it will not load Javascript, Flash or Images and I already disabled IE, but he is installing Chrome and getting around it like that.

How can I set Windows 7 to prompt for a password before installing something similar to sudo apt-get install on Debian?

Thank you

Can't you log off every time you leave the room? :P Because to my knowledge, there isn't a program like that, but I don't think you can install programs through a "Limited User Account".

I don't want to log out every time I leave the room or I would just do that. Additionally, I 'have to' let him use the computer for school.

Why do you "have to" let him? Does he go on immediately after you leave? You could set it to time out every minute it's idle. But that's going to get a bit annoying when you're thinking and you're not doing anything.

Technically, I don't 'have to,' but I'd kind of be a prick to not let him use my computer considering he doesn't have one. Ideally, I'd be able to get the settings down to where I wouldn't have to worry about him getting a virus. I know he's going to try to look up porn any time I'm not in the room. And, inevitably, he'll get a virus on my computer if he continues.

I don't want to do anything that's going to annoy me like setting it to time out every minute, for example.

But I guess Windows doesn't have this feature -- figures.

Lol, you can probably ask one of the software people on here if they know any third-party freeware that can do that (*I'm not one of them ;))

Just make a limited accout and set a password on your account. that's the easiest way i keep my brother out of my computer when i'm gone.

That's what I said, but he said he didn't want to log out every time he leaves the room.

***EDIT***
Perhaps you can set a password on you main account and make a limited account, when you log onto Windows, log in to the limited one instead of your main. That way, you don't have to log out every time ;)

You're over thinking this.
Hide his hand lotion and box of tissues.

But, if you're really concerned you could just find some sort of parental block. You will be able to enable/disable it with a password, that way you can still visit your favorite sites. I don't know any to be able to recommend them, sorry.

How about this little trick? Say "if you go to a porn site one more darn time, you aren't going to be able to use MY computer again". That way you aren't being a jerk and he has been forewarned.
