Windows 7 Wallpapers

Hah! I lured you in with the simple title! It's a bit more complicated than it seems. I've got windows 7 Starter; And I changed the Wallpaper with Oceanis Wallpaper Changer. Great Results, Right? No. Every time the computer restarts, The wallpaper automatically reverts to that bland Asus Eee Wallpaper. Any help would be much appreciated.

First thing to come to mind: Maybe Asus added a little batch file or something on startup. If you can post a hijackthis log someone could spot it if it's there.

Apparently you cant change the wall in windows 7 starter...because its the edition with the least features,hence the lower price!
