johnb35 Administrator Staff member Jun 9, 2012 #2 1. Go to start, right click Computer and click properties 2. On the left Panel click on Advanced system settings 3. In Performance box, click settings 4. Check the "Show windows content while dragging". Its about halfway to 3/4 way down the list.
