Windows 7 won't boot after (not forced) shutdown

Hi. I have this problem that i can't get rid of it. I've tried many variatons of Windows 7, now I have original Windows 7 Professional 64 bit and the problem is still here.

Problem: When I shutdown computer and then turn it on the next day it restarts itself when there should appear windows logo. After that I can choose betwen "System repair" and "Start windows normaly". Whatever I choose computer restarts itself again over and over and over. Solution is to press reset button and hold it for few seconds. After restart when I choose normal start finally windows normal boots.

I've made clean installation od many variatons of windows 7 ... no luck.
I've updated windows to latest update ... no luck.
I've tried with system restore after restart ... no luck.
I've tried flashing bios to latest version ... no luck.
I've run memtest86+ and found no ram errors... everything is working normal just this isn't working normal...

This problem doesn't appear if I turn computer on after a few minutes after shutdown. How odd is that?

Please someone help me, this problem drives me crazzy!

Maybe hard drive problem?

Make sure, you select tool, which is appropriate for the brand of your hard drive.
Depending on the program, it'll create bootable floppy, or bootable CD.
If downloaded file is of .iso type, use ImgBurn: http://www.imgburn.com/ to burn .iso file to a CD (select "Write image file to disc" option), and make the CD bootable.

No luck. I tried WD disk tool and disk passed the test. Some times DVD RW drive isn't working how it should. I realized that the first slot for RAM isn't working, the other 3 are working normaly. So maybe it'sthe motherboard who is not working normal. I'll send it back to store.

Any suggestions meanwhile?
 
If the motherboard is still under warranty, it'd be a good idea to send it back.
You clearly have some hardware problem.
