windows 7 wont start says starting then goes to black screen

my computer wont even start in safe mode it just goes black then nothing hapens can anyone help

it goes to the black screen where it say windows starting and the flag apperas then it goes to nothing just a black screen like i cant enter the password i cant even start safe mode

I'm guessing you are either infected with a rootkit or the hard drive has errors on it. Do you know what brand of drive it is? You will need to use the drive manufacturers disk diagnostic program to scan the drive for errors. If that coms black clean then most likely its infected.
