Windows 7 won't start

I upgraded to Ultimate today and had a few problems. Right when I thought I fixed them. It's now booting from the F drive instead of the C drive. The F drive says it is booting from F:\Windows.old\Windows The C is located at C:\Windows. How can I switch to boot from C:\Windows instead in CMD Prompt?

Do you have more than one physical hard drive? If so, remove it and then install windows on a single attached drive unless you run a dual boot.
