Windows 8.1.1 hangs at startup in the Windows logo screen

Hey friends, I'm posting here after a full year :)
Hope everyone's okay :)
Now then, i have this weird problem never had this before.
I updated my computer to Windows 8.1, ran Windows updatees to get all the updates, and now my computer hangs on the cyan Windows logo screen when I turn it on in the morning.
Press and hold the power button to force a shutdown, and turn on again, Windows starts fine on the second attempt.
The only way to solve this problem, is to disable "Fast Startup" in power option.
The moment I turn off fast startup, this problem is gone and Windows starts up at the first attempt and NEVER hangs. But fast startup somehow messes it up.
I had fast startup enabled in Windows 8, and it didn't have this problem.
What's going on?
Thanks :)

Apparently people are having the same problem online, can you give us your system specs?

I'd like to see if it has anything to do with hardware compatibility with fast startup before telling you the only way is to disable it...

Roll back the updates one by one until you identify the one to blame and then update next patch Tuesday. Update bios and motherboard
