Windows 8.1 error 0xc000021a

When I booted my computer from a earlier crash I got a blue screen with 0xc00021a, this also appears with safe mode. I do not currently have my windows installation disk nor do I have restore points.

I was installing Windows XP Pro SP3 onto vmware and then when It was done I launched Team fortress 2, but I closed my laptop and when I opened it It was "frozen". So I turned it off and now the OS will not boot. :mad:
