So what do you guys think of it so far? I have been playing with mine since yesterday and I like a lot of what they did with Metro so far in terms of new customizing features. Since the start button is more like a fake start button which I am unsure if that is going to change I set Metro to look more like a start menu you would get from the start button with different categories and with the resize option for the apps I like how now I can fit everything on one page. Since I do not have a touch screen and I hated the scrolling which I had to do in the older version of Metro, I like having everything fit on the page.
I must admit that Microsoft might be able to pull this off.
I haven't played with any of the Metro stuff as I have no need/desire for Metro. I am happy to be able to boot directly to the desktop and stay there without any reason to ever go to the Start Screen or use a Metro app. The new Start button is pretty much useless and unnecessary as far as I am concerned.
