Windows 8 64 bit vs Windows 8?

I was looking into these two computers. Comparing them because i had narrowed it down to those two. One says it comes with windows 8 64 bit and the other just says windows 8. My first question is there a difference and if there is what is it?

So is there a difference between 64 bit and just windows 8?

Either way, both machines will most likely have 64-bit because they both have more than 4GB of RAM.

Like I said, they'll both be running 64-bit so it doesn't matter. Newegg specs vary from machine to machine. Some details have extra info, and some don't.
