"Windows 8 cannot connect to internet, try again later"

One thing after another....

So some of ya know my ssd seem to have failed.

Installed another wd hdd and installed windows 7 64 bit. No problem there.

Go to start the window 8 setup and after using the product key it says it cant connect to the internet.

Except i am connected to the Internet.
Now what do i do?

If doing a fresh install you would boot to the windows 8 install dvd. You won't need to connect to the internet.
