Windows 9

What is the difference between Windows 9 and 10? I've tested all the OS Betas but on Windows 9 I'm not sure which one is the right Windows 9 beta so if anyone downloaded it could you tell me where? Does the Windows 9 beta load over Windows 8 or can I just put it on a new Hard Drive?

Windows 9 IS Windows 10. They're skipping the name 9 and going straight for 10.

It loads just like any OS. You should only run it on a machine that is not your regular use machine, or load it onto a spare hard drive, or a virtual machine.
