Windows 95 laptop

Is there a new laptop that I could install windows 95? I have an app that runs on a 95 to bosst horse power for motorcycles I dropped the Dell I used to run the app and it is toast. Motherboard broke so have to reload the app to another laptop but 95 is the newest OS it will load to.

Looking for a new laptop that will load and run Windows 95. Please help!
 
You could probably find something used from ebay with 95 already installed, but there should be a way to run it on a new one (such as windows 10) that is compatible with older programs
I'm not familiar with the particular software you mentioned but you can run programs in compatability mode, say for windows 95
I occasionally use software from the 90s such as foxpro or games and they can run fine, of course these are not the same thing and milage would vary but from my experience windows compatability has been pretty good with older programs
Iirc, dosbox was a thing for dos based programs but I'm not sure if that's necessary anymore for dos based programs
 
You will not be able to run 95 on anything new as you won't find drivers for the hardware. Find something on ebay with 95 already on it.
 
I have use a Mac for over 10 years now so don't understand windows now. I am 76 and and don't understand "Any chance of running that in a VM and simply binding whatever USB or serial adapter to the OS through the hypervisor?"
