Have you tried going to windows update at Microsoft to get the latest updates for your system? http://windowsupdate.microsoft.com Not sure it will update to SE but its a place to start.

You have to buy it. I went searching for 98SE and I found at amazon.com a low price of $59.97 new. If your computer can handle XP I would suggest switching.. but if not, here is th amazon link: http://www.amazon.com/exec/obidos/tg/stores/detail/-/software/B00002JV50/102-8734423-0569709 ...there are many other websites that might be less expensive.. I saw some starting at $38.88 but I wouldnt trust them....
