Windows 98 vs XP

I have a software that runs on Windows 98, It can not run on Windows XP.
is there any way that I can make this CD run on Window XP.

I have a burner.
can I copy ....(what it is I don't know) from XP and paste into the disk.

XP has the capability of running programs in "compatibility mode" for Windows 95/98/ME/NT/2000.

What software from Windows 98 is even worth running anymore? lol

click start > programs > accessories > program compatibilty wizard. now follow the instructuins it tell you, and it should work. if it doesnt, post back

easier than that, right click on the executable u are trying to run, click on properties, and there is a compatabilty tab there. you can even do that to the entire folder.

yup, thats where i looked lol. ran RedAlert 95 like that on XP for a long time. loved that game.
