Windows Aero greyed out

Hi all,

So basically I woke up this morning and turned my computer and was greeted with a task bar that looks like this...https://gyazo.com/256e63545f71567c2174fdacce60abf4
I've tried everything I can think of and even searched it up but came to dead ends almost everytime. If anyone can help I'd really appreciate it!

P.S I'm using Windows 7 Professional, restored from Windows 10.
 
*UPDATE*

I fixed it. Ran a sfc /scannow in the command prompt and it sorted everything, looks like I had some corrupted files and they were fixed in the scan. Thanks all!
