Windows Boot Manager

I have just loaded Windows 7 Home Premium 64-bit onto a laptop that originally had the same OS on it. I had to wipe the HDD and then load it. The OS I loaded was from a download from Digital River. All seems fine, all updates are completed. When I boot up, Windows Boot Manager comes up asking me to "choose an OS to start, or press tab to select a tool". My choices are Windows 7 or Windows Setup [EMS Enabled]. How can I make it boot normally?

Right click Computer>Properties>Advanced System Settings>Advanced Tab>Startup and Recovery Settings, then just untick the check boxes for "Time to display list of operating systems"
