-Hello, Guys!

-When I click on any file or item this error appears (Windows cannot access the specified device, path, file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item)... What should I do?

Right click on C:/ (windows drive) and go to properties, security and make sure you profile has administration settings all allowed. It will come up with some areas that cannot be changed but just skip those. It sounds like a new installation or profile has been created?

-Ops, Another error... It says: Can't open access control editor. Access is denied

If you cant log in, on Windows 8, 8.1, 10, go to Start and click restart holding the SHIFT key.

On Windows 7 or older, reboot and tap the F8 key. If the Windows splash appears, you have not done it early enough.

On either systems, look for a setting that says Safe Mode. That will activate the administrator account while you are logged on in Safe Mode :)
