Windows clock

Hi,

Does anyone knows for which time span is the Windows clock (95/98/2000/XP/etc.) correct, regarding time zones and DST? Javascript goes and takes information from it.

Kind regards,

Yes, of course. But I'm trying to do a javascript to capture local time, GMT, DST, etc. But I need to know how accurate is the clock and when it begins ( it must have a database for past dates as for future ones).

Ok: in Windows XP goes from 1980 to 2099. But if I adjust the clock to 1994, June - for example - I get 1 hour DST ( correct ) but a UTC (GMT) equal to zero, which is false ( Portugal adopted 1 hour + in some years of the 90's ).
