Throwdown

hate to make this my first post as i am new to this forum....and i hope this is in the right spot. anyway, i have a dell xps 400 (little old) that just crashed on me after i downloaded magic iso. my computer froze up so i manually turned it off. after that, when it turned on, instead of windows booting up it just shows a message that i am missing a registry file and to insert the windows boot disk. well as it is a dell i dont have that disk, and am wondering if anyone has any ideas. thanks for the help!
