Windows Defender - good option?

That is why you should do a custom install and only check web, file, behavior shields. Also email shields if you use a third party program for email.

I did a custom install, but I thought that was going to do something other than just check my password. I really didn't need any of the others since I have CCleaner and Secunia PSI, and the privacy features are just BS.
