Windows displaying problem

Hi, I have a problem that when I try to run a program, the window won't show. I checked in the processes in task manager and it's there, but there's no window and no way I can access it. Any ideas? Thanks

check in your processess, is there an "explorer.exe" running? its usually an issue with that when it comes to not being able to see the window of a program or folder.
