Looks cool checked the youtube vid amazing, I had ubuntu with compiz and had all the effects. One more thing you need to have a decent graphics card and and at least 1gig of ram cause I used it on my laptop which is P4 3.0 with 2gig ram and nvidia fx5200 and it was very choppy and slowed down my pc. These effects like compiz, beryl and the 3dwonder takes up alot of memory. This was in my case on the laptop and my old desktop. Great job finding this I will give it a try.

Compiz ran so totally smooth on my lappy with some integrated Intel GMA 5h17 graphics.
These effects like compiz, beryl and the 3dwonder takes up alot of memory.

I have Ubuntu running with Compiz, and never saw memory usage go beyond 400MB, which is way less than Vista used - not to mention I have home basic, which means I don't even have Aero.

Yes we can. At least we don't have to pay for our novelty toys :P
