Windows Editing.

I was wondering if it were possible to edit the login/logout screens on windows xp. The traditional XP login/logout screens are too bland for my taste, i have been thinking of making two new ones, but i am not sure if it can be done.
Any help is greatly appreciated.

Yes, there are programs that allow this, i just can't remember the name, i did use it one before....
