I have been receiving the error message "Windows Explorer has encountered a problem and needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience everytime i use a specific folder in my document. The error AppName: explorer.exe

AppVer: 6.0.2900.2180 ModName: ivivideo.ax ModVer: 5.0.11.533

Can anyone help.

Hello:

The file ivivideo.ax seems to be a part of the InterVideo Video Decoder; try uninstalling or reinstalling the decoder or the application that it came with. Intervideo apps often install automatically when you load a DVD movie ... you may not even be using it!
