Windows Explorer Has Encountered An Error

Hey I have Windows XP and have never had this problem before. Sometimes it gives me a box that says Windows Exporer has encountered an error and needs to close. Then it gives me the option to Debug...Send error report...or Dont send error report...If I click on any one of those...all my icons and taskbar dissaear for a second and come back....I was wondering if anyone knows how to deal with this or where to find the answers to deal with this
 
You probably have too much extra stuff on your hard drive that might be causing it. Open My Computer and right click on Drive C: (or your main Hard Drive) and click on Properties. On the window that pops up find the Disk Cleanup button and push it. It might take along time but it cleans off extra stuff that you might not need. Also you may consider downloading Spybot or Ad-Aware too.
 
Have you tired System Restore? If you have it actavated than you can restore your system to a date that you know you did not get that error.
