Windows Genuine crap Problem

I think most of my problems are coming from this Windows Geniune thing. I do not have pirated windows and I just installed a new version of Karspersky Internet Security. Since then when i open Firefox it says Firefox is already open. when i try to delete any file from my desktop, it says "cannot delete 'file name': access denied. make sure the disk is not protected .... " When i start windows in safe mode, everything is fine. I am the administrator on this computer and Im running XP Pro.

Also at normal startup an error comes up saying "cannot create tempFolder"

I've tried doin the geniune check, but there is always an error of some sort

I will also add that I cannot add any bookmarks, I cannot uninstall any programs. Basically I cannot do shit on my own computer. Please help, Thank you

I was afraid you'd say that. How to get rid of it? i've ran a system scan like 3 times now. I really cannot re'install windows. any other options? Thanks

Thank you and im sorry for not reading that prior to posting. I ran the Malwarebytes in Safe mode and it found some stuff and did what it had to do. I cannot run the program in Normal mode tho. When i double click on in "Runtime Error 481 invalid picture" comes up and cannot do anything after that. Any other suggestions?

I ran both HijackThis and Malwarebytes in safe mode and nothing came up. In normal mode the same Error 481 comes up.
