My computer got fixed a couple days ago and the guy that fixed it changed some things I'de like to get them back to the way they were before so I have a couple of questions.

How do I make it so that when I boot up my computer that it goes straight to the desktop instead of going to the little screen with a window where you log in (It only has one account)

and

How do I make it so that it displays all the icons in all the folders and tiles or icons (right now everything is displayed in lists and I can change it all but individually but I know there's a way to change all the folders)

On the first one: Start / Control Panel / User Accounts / "Change the way users log on or off". and uncheck "Use the Welcome screen". I believe that's correct.
On the second one try: Start / Control Panel / Performance and Maintenance / "Adjust Visual Effects". Try selecting "Adjust for best Appearance". "Adjust for best Performance" is probably selected now. If that gets it back the way you want it, you can go back and trim some of the fancy stuff off if you want to (sliding, shadows, etc.)
Check it out!

I think I stated the second one wrong. What I meant is that I want the files in the folders to be icons and tiles and what they are right now are the small icons in a list.

Nevermind I figured it out.

But when I tried to change that welcome screen thing it said that I couldn't change it because of the Client Services of Netware and that I had to uninstall Netware to change it but I don't know what Netware is.
